Monday’s Meal

Happy Monday TWP Family!

I thought it would be fun to share some of the meals we have at our home. Since I am super creative we will call this; “Monday’s Meal”! Works, right? Hannah and I tag team the cooking and we do our best to plan the week out (some weeks are better than others). Some evenings, like many of yours, are busy and we resort to take out (1 to 2 times a week). None the less, we like to have meals that are heavy on the veggies. The daughters love veggies! I hope that this and other posts like it are encouraging and helpful. If you have any healthy recipes of your own please share! Here is what we will be having tonight:

1 lb. of Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
5 Sausage Links
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
2 Green Bell Peppers
1 Cup of Broccoli
I Used Some Cajun Spices and Coconut Aminos
We usually serve this with a side of Organic Jasmine Rice. Give it a try and enjoy!
