FitBit Friday!
Through the Church Health Initiative, Hannah and I have started a new wellness coaching program. 50 pastors and their spouses will have six zoom personal coaching sessions over a period of 12 weeks. This coaching will equip us with the right tools for our personal health and fitness goals. Each of us received a Fitbit Charge 4 to track our progress. I will be honest, I have never used a Fitbit before.
Every Friday on this blog I will highlight my runs, rides, walks, and activity in general. Remember, this was my first week, so bare with me as I learn how to use it.
