FitBit Friday!

Happy Friday TWP Family! As I mentioned last Friday, each week I want to share some highlights as it pertains to physical fitness. I’m using both a Fitbit Charge 4 and an Apple Watch to track my progress. I still need some help with the GPS side of the Charge 4 . Next week I plan to track my sleep with the Fitbit so stay tuned! Blessings all and have a super weekend! Get out and go!

Monday 1/25. GPS didn’t activate! Still trying different settings on the Charge 4.

Tuesday 1/26. Still no GPS on the Charge 4 while away from my phone. Fun run nonetheless!

Thursday 1/28. I took Wednesday off knowing I wanted to get 6 miles while practicing a slower, more consistent pace.

I decided to keep wearing my Apple Watch to map my runs. This is Monday 1/25.

Tuesday 1/26. As you can see I spent more time on Broadway this morning.

Thursday 1/28. Tried to cover some ground while staying in the neighborhood.

Because of some soreness, I decided to get in the garage and do some weightlifting and some strength training. It is good to stay well balanced and not force a run!
