February For Family (2/4)

It’s Thursday! Happy February For Family! Just as a reminder, here is the heart behind the month ahead:

“Odds are, your kids aren’t going to remember everything you taught them. But it will be nearly impossible for them to forget the things you were passionate about. In fact, they will very likely grow up to be passionate about the same things.”

“Don’t just teach your kids about the Lord, but show them what it looks like to know Him.” (Day 1 Here)

So our goal is to push and strive to do these things:

Read together!
Pray together!
Sing together!
Play together!

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE READING: Micah 6:8
The Lord has told you what is good. He has told you what he wants from you:
Do what is right to other people. Love being kind to others. And live humbly, trusting your God.

TODAY’S QUOTE: Maya Angelou (from “Goodnight Stories For Rebel Girls”)
"My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor and some style."
