‘MENTAL HEALTH’

A couple weeks back I got to work on a project with Hilgy (check him out on Spotify HERE or YouTube HERE). We filmed a video series that will release monthly, starting next month. Hilgy has a new album called ‘Mental Health’ coming December 17th. The video above is a small yet power glimpse! I know God is going to use these words!

For the month of November I am pushing to advocate for men’s health (men and their family)! Our focus will be on spiritual, physical, mental, relational, and financial health. Mental health is vital to our everyday, and plays a role in each of the other areas listed. May Hilgy’s words inspire and springboard our journey together!
