Finished!

We did it! One more triathlon under our belts and ready for the next one. What you don’t see in the photos below are the wives and kids who cheered, held signs, and ran the last sprint with us. For me this was the best part of the race! As I reflect on the Dam 09 triathlon my advice to you would be this:

Grab some good friends and do life together. Set some goals, push, and celebrate what God can do!
