The TWP 20 Challenge

So here is the challenge:

    1. Do 20 minutes of any physical activity

    2. Post on Facebook or Instagram with a video or photo of yourself completing the activity

    3. Challenge two other pastors that you know

    4. Tag @thewholepastor or hashtag #twp20challenge

Here are some physical activity examples:
Walk
Run
Bike
Swim
Climb
Jump rope
Etc.

This is what I am going to as my challenge:
Sets of 20 push-ups for 20 minuets straight. My goal will be 8 sets of 20 push-ups!

Remember, do not do this alone! Get your spouse, kids, a friend, another pastor, or some neighbors involved. Have fun, don’t let this be a chore! Can’t wait to see and hear how it goes. Blessings all!
