Weekend Workout
We are all staying inside at home more these days. Would you like an idea to get up and do some activity? Here is a no equipment workout for you and your family to try this weekend. Feel free to mix it up to however you find most comfortable. Do this workout everyday, every other day, or set some goals for you and the whole family. Have fun and be well!
4 sets - (Remember, you can mix this up)
Squats (20 reps)
Lunges (20 reps)
Push ups (25)
Stalled Squat (30 second hold)
Burpees (20 reps)
Leg raises (20 reps)
Mountain Climbers (20reps)
