“23 and 1/2 hours”

A few days back I received an email from a friend who recommended the video you will find below titled; 23 and 1/2 hours: What is the single best thing we can do for our health?
Dr. Mike talks about doing physical activity for 30mins a day! This month at TWP we started kicked of a campaign to try 20 mins. of activity. I hope that has been a great start for you and your family. I do not think it would hurt to add 10 more mins. to our routine! You can do it friends!
