Conclave NextGen is a 2-day event that provides encouragement, worship experience, networking, training & resources for those who oversee any component of NextGen or Family ministry in the local church. We have designed Conclave NextGen to fit the needs of individuals who come on their own as well as the church that chooses to bring a team of leaders.

Conclave!

I recently learned that Conclave means; "an assembly or gathering, especially one that has special authority, power, or influence." Men and women with gospel authority, power, and influence gathered is precisely what is happening in San Antonio right now! Children's ministry leaders, Youth ministry leaders, College ministry leaders, Young Adult ministry leaders, and Pastors have flooded FBC San Antonio to worship, celebrate, encourage one another, and learn. I want to say that Conclave is a two-day event that sharpens and shapes ministry leaders to live healthy and, in turn, lead healthy communities.

Imagine a future where healthy churches, emboldened by their faith, step out to love and serve communities across Texas. Now, imagine this ripple of love and service extending to communities across the United States. This is not just a dream. This is a Gospel Mission we can achieve together, starting with a single intentional moment. Conclave is that moment. Thank you, Texas Baptists, for stepping out and leading the effort behind Conclave.

The heart and drive behind The Whole Pastor will be shared tomorrow (Tuesday, October 8th) during the Pastor's Track breakout. Be prayerful as Pastors from all across the state gather to hear the need to start and remain holistically healthy. We need Spiritual, Physical, Mental, Financial, and Relational Health! I cannot wait to share more soon!
