Before We Mo!

Howdy and welcome to Monday TWP family!
Before we make a mustache, build a beard, or get a goatee (CLICK HERE TO READ LAST WEEKS POST) here is something to consider:

Tomorrow is November 1! Tomorrow we start a journey together on a path toward health! As we seek to grow individually, we will strive to advocate for those around us along the way. Here is one of my favorite Bible verses to serve as a springboard for the month ahead:

Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding; in all your ways know him and he will make your paths straight. -Proverbs 3:5-6 (emphasis added)
